Located in Linville Ridge Golf and Country Club, The Lutgert Companies’ private residential community near Blowing Rock, the home was named Best Single Family Detached Model Home, 2,000 to 2,999 square feet. The company also earned three Silver Awards for its model homes in The Oaks at Linville Ridge, Residences at Mercato in Naples, and Estuary at Grey Oaks in Naples.
