Surfsedge May 2023 Construction Update

The exterior stucco is in the final stretch along with exterior paint. Many of the elements have been installed on the amenity roof top including the main trellis, fire pit, and water feature. Contractors have started installing drywall and will continue to progress as the mechanical and electrical is completed. Painting will begin after drywall installation is complete.
