The Lutgert Companies was honored with two Grand Aurora Awards for their model homes within Residences at Mercato, the exclusive enclave with easy pedestrian access to the restaurants, shops and amenities of Mercato. The Enclave model was named the 2018 Best Single-family Detached Home in the 2,500 to 2,999 square foot category, and the Le Ciel model took top honors for 2018 Single-family Detached Home in the 3,000 to 3,499 square foot category. read more...
