Lutgert Wins Aurora Awards

The Lutgert Companies was honored with a Grand Aurora Award for the Evergreen model home in The Cottages at Cranberry Cove in Linville, North Carolina. Located in Linville Ridge Golf and Country Club, The Lutgert Companies’ private residential community near Blowing Rock, the home was named Best Single Family Detached Model Home, 2,000 to 2,999 square feet.
