Lutgert Co. plans new office complex

One of the most prominent firms in Southwest Florida, The Lutgert Cos., is building a three-story Class A professional center in Naples. The project is just south of Pine Ridge Road at 4850 U.S. 41, according to a statement. The firm’s holdings include Premier Sotheby’s International Realty, Lutgert Construction, Lutgert Custom Homes, Premier Commercial and Lutgert Title. The project, which company officials declined to disclose a total value for, is expected to be completed by the end of the year.

The Lutgert Companies was honored with the Sand Dollar Product Design of the Year award in the single-family homes, $2,000,001 – $2,250,000 category, for its Le Ciel model in Residences at Mercato. The Lutgert Companies was honored with a Grand Aurora Award for the Evergreen model home in The Cottages at Cranberry Cove in Linville, North Carolina. Located in Linville Ridge Golf and Country Club, The Lutgert Companies’ private residential community near Blowing Rock, the home was named Best Single Family Detached Model Home, 2,000 to 2,999 square feet.
